What this site collects
The assessment collects your contact details, type of goal, answers, scores, and result. The Discipline By Design™ interest form collects your contact details, goal, preferred timing, and assessment result if you have one. The Blueprint checkout collects your contact details, selected payment option, age confirmation, and acceptance of the refund terms. The Proximity application collects the answers you give about your role, goal, current challenges, readiness, and support needs. If you use the client portal, the site also receives the email and optional name linked to your ChatGPT sign-in and stores the Blueprint answers and progress you choose to save.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide your assessment result, respond to interest in Discipline By Design™, start a Blueprint checkout, review Proximity applications, suggest a suitable next step, and send relevant emails when you have agreed to receive them. Portal information is used to confirm client access, save your Gold Medal Blueprint™, and show your work when you return.
How we make decisions
Your assessment result does not automatically accept or reject you for a paid service. Segun reviews Proximity applications himself. The message you see after applying only confirms that your application was received. It is not an acceptance.
Storage and access
Form responses and portal records are stored in the site's business systems. Portal access is tied to the approved email address used to sign in. Access is limited to you, Segun, and the service providers who need the information to run DBD, review applications, or maintain this site.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in a DBD email. You can also reply to a DBD email to ask to see, correct, or delete the information linked to your email address, including your saved portal record.
Age and scope
DBD services and applications are for adults aged 18 or older. DBD provides practical education and support for following through on goals. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis support, or a mental-health assessment.
